InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® and CCPIA Inspectors are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain good membership standing.
